Therapy for men who ask a lot of themselves.

I work well with guys who push themselves hard.
That tendency can take you pretty far in life. It can also make your brain a rough place to live when you can’t shut it off, feel like you should always be doing more, or don’t have enough left in the tank for what matters in life.
I can relate to my clients on that level. I’m wired similarly.
My approach
I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, depending on what we’re working on. The point isn’t learning therapy language. It’s figuring out what’s going on and finding tools you can actually use outside the session.
We need to be able to talk honestly, and you need to feel understood. You also need to know that I won’t be scared to bring something up or challenge you if I see a blind spot or pattern that might be getting in your way. I’m not going to tell you how to live, though. Therapy with me is collaborative.
By the end of our work together, I want you to be able to slow things down enough to be more intentional with your actions and words, manage stress far better, and build a life that feels more balanced without losing the drive that’s gotten you this far.
Who I work best with
- Men in high-stress jobs who carry a lot of responsibility and have a hard time shutting their brain off
- Men in life transitions dealing with a new career, becoming a dad, a breakup, a move, or just feeling off
- Guys in their 20s and 30s trying to figure out work, relationships, and what they want their life to look like
- Athletes dealing with pressure, anxiety, confidence, and performance
The clinical part, and the rest
I earned both my bachelor’s in Psychology and my master’s in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with anxiety, depression, addiction, and major life transitions.
When I’m not with clients, you’ll usually find me at the gym, on a soccer field, or planning my next trip.
I try to live what I teach. I stay active, stay connected to the people I care about, and try to stay grounded in what matters most. It’s not always easy, but those are the things I keep coming back to.
